1. Who we are. RecoveryAesthetics sells professional body contouring and lymphatic drainage equipment to licensed businesses and trained operators in the United States. By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

2. Professional use only. Our equipment is intended for use by trained professionals in a commercial setting. It is not sold for home use. You are responsible for holding any license, certification, or insurance required by your state or municipality to operate the equipment, and for using it according to the manual and protocols provided.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are quoted in US dollars and include shipping, duties and customs to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are quoted separately. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed on your order or written quote is the price you pay. Financing is offered through third-party providers (Shop Pay Installments, Affirm) and is subject to their credit approval and terms; we do not set rates or terms and do not guarantee approval.

4. Orders and delivery. Equipment ships within 3 business days after cleared payment or approved financing. Delivery takes 3 to 12 business days depending on the system and its shipping origin; the exact timeline is confirmed with your quote. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Duties and customs, where applicable, are included in the price — you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. You must inspect the shipment on arrival and report visible damage within 48 hours with photos.

5. Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order is treated as a return and the Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Warranty. Each system is covered by a two-year limited warranty from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use. Replacement parts are shipped free of charge for the warranty period. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, cosmetic wear, consumables (gels, cups, filters, disposables), or damage from improper voltage or power supply. Warranty service is provided remotely first (video diagnosis, guided fix, part shipment); where a unit must be replaced, we cover shipping both ways within the contiguous United States. This warranty is the sole warranty and replaces any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Returns. Unused equipment in original packaging with all accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, after prior approval, for a refund less a 15% restocking fee; return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error or a warranty defect. Used equipment, consumables, and bundle components returned individually are not returnable. See the Return and Refund Policy for details.

8. Results and revenue. Any revenue, payback, or session figures on this site, in the calculator, or in our communications are illustrative examples based on assumptions you control (session price, bookings). They are not projections or guarantees. Client results vary. You are solely responsible for the business decisions you make.

9. Medical disclaimer. Our systems are aesthetic and wellness devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages.

11. Partner program. Referral commissions are governed by the separate partner agreement. Commissions are calculated on sales paid in a calendar month, at the tier reached that month (8% to 12%), and paid on the 5th of the following month, less any sale returned or refunded within 30 days. The tier counter resets on the 1st of each month.

12. Intellectual property. The RecoveryAesthetics name, logo, product names (NOVA, VESTA, AVA, MIRA, ALMA, ONDA), photographs, and site content are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
